Monday

Lunch: AppleGate Turkey roll up with Avocado and Tahiti and carrot.  fried-rice
Dinner: Mediterranean-quinoa-salad

Tuesday:
Smoothie:   strawberry-oat-mylk

Breakfast: breakfast cookie

Lunch Applegate turkey roll up with avocado and tahaiti and carrot. Chia pudding

Snack Summer Rolls with Ginger Peanut (sunbutter) Sauce

Dinner: penne-with-white-beans-and-spinach

Wednesday

Smoothie: peter-rabbits-smoothie

Breakfast: bananna with sunbutter and romaine lettus

Lunch: Applegate turkey rollup with avocado and tahani and orange bell pepper
garden fresh asparagus soup

Dinner: collard-wraps-with-raw-sunflower-pate with raw-super-green-salad

Thursday
Smoothie:  cherry-beet-detox-smoothie
Breakfast: sunflower seed and oat cake
Lunch: Applegate turkey rollup left over salad
Dinner: Roast beef with potatos and carrots and any left over salad


Friday:
Smoothie: super-antioxidant-smoothie
Breakfast: Crockpot oatmeal (with berries or raisins)
Lunch: turkey wraps and fruit salad
Dinner: Left overs

Saturday
Smoothie: blueberry-cucumber-smoothie
Breakfast: Fried oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey wraps and left over fruit salad
Dinner:  Salmon Rice and Frozen veggies
Boys night out and momma works and to has a birthday party

Sunday:
Smoothie: orange-creamsicle-smoothie-dairy-free
Breakfast: saturday-pancakes-gfcf-and-egg-free
Lunch: sweet-potato-black-bean-quinoa-burger with sweet-potato-fries-three-ways-and-miso-gravy
Dinner: safe pizza

Breakfast:
8oz of Watermelon Good belly jucie
Udi Glutenfee English muffins with 1tablespoon Sunbutter
6 0z  Coconut dream yogurt

Lunch:
Left over grilled Pig Butt errr pork steak
Broccolli slaw (prepackaged) with Pannera Bread Co Raspberry Dressing

Dinner:
Left overs from the fridge

Tuesday:
8oz of Goodbelly Juice for the daughter
Pear Banana Spinach Berry smoothie for the  hubs and I

Banana with sunbutter and lettuce (done wrap style:)

we dont have the agave so we are going to skip this time.  We could use honey however we are drinking our proabotics and honey will just kill the  goodness from the juice.

 
Lunch:
We are going on a picnic where the food is going to be in a cooler

for wraps we use either romaine or rice  tortilla wraps.  we are mostly avoiding rice however so romaine are large green left veggies it is!

Snacks are grapes watermelon and lots of water

Dinner:
Soy Sauce sub i found one line
SOY SAUCE SUB

2 cups beef broth

2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp molassas
1/8 tsp ground ginger
dash of pepper/onoin powder/garlic powder

Combine all in saucepan. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in fridge.
Blackbean and Mango Salsa with porksteak

Wednesday

Cut up apple and sunbutter
Carrots Snappeas dipped in Pea Hummus
